Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products replacement will be delivered with in 5-7 days
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To process your return, please provide:
- A proper unboxing video of the package.
- Clear images of the defective product.
- The original packaging details.
Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement product at no extra cost.
2. Returns for Wrong Size or Personal Reasons
Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer ordered the wrong size or changed their mind after purchase. In such cases, a new order needs to be placed at the customer’s expense.
3. Reverse Pickup Facility
We offer a reverse pickup service within 5 days of delivery for eligible return cases. Please note:
- For size discrepancies, product images and measurements must be provided for verification.
- Customers should unbox packages carefully. Any damage caused while opening with scissors or sharp objects will not be eligible for return, unless supported by a proper unboxing video.
- If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it in the courier’s remark sheet when signing. This helps us claim refunds from the courier service.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for defective, misprinted, or damaged products that cannot be replaced.
- Refunds, once approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are not applicable for size issues, wrong orders placed, or customer preference changes.
