Shipping Policy

We want to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle processing and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders go through steps including inventory check, printing, quality check, packing, and dispatch. Processing time depends on the product type:

• Plain products: 1–2 working days
• DTG and DTF printed products: 2–3 working days
• Embroidery products: 3–4 working days (includes digitization + embroidery)
• Accessories: 2–3 working days

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, while larger orders may take up to 5–7 working days.

2. Shipping Timeline

• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
• Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
• Unexpected delays (such as courier issues, strikes, or natural disruptions) may occur, but we’ll keep you updated if they affect your order.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• For prepaid orders, the charges are included in your total bill.
• For cash on delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), additional charges may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Partial Shipments

We strive to ship all products in a single package. However, in rare cases (such as stock availability or large orders), items may be shipped separately. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

6. International Shipping

(Currently, we only ship within India. If international shipping becomes available, updates will be posted here.)
